Bob of Property Performance Inspections, LLC has extensive experience in Architecture and Interior Design and has been a licensed architect for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree In Architectural Studies from the Univerity of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. His past memberships include the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). His past certifications include Construction Document Technologist (CDT) and the Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA). He worked on major account projects both overseas and nationally in the United States and currently maintains his status as a Licensed Architect in Illinois.

In 2008, Bob has focused his attention in the residential sector and discovered his passion for performing home inspections. He is a dedicated practioner and certified commercial inspector with past membership in the Building Envelope Science Institute (BESI) levels BET-1 and BET-2. He was born in Gary, Indiana and raised and lives in Chicago. He enjoys all of Chicago's amenities and sports teams. He played baseball up to the semi-pro level, but favors the sport of hockey.
